Peptide chemistry
Our peptide group can synthesize peptides in any required purity (up to >98%) and on a scale of 1 mg to 100 g. Our laboratories are equipped with instruments for automatic and manual synthesis, HPLC purification of peptides, lyophilization and analysis. Upon delivery, we provide a MS analysis and an HPLC analysis in neutral and acidic buffers as a certificate of purity. We have experience in the synthesis of peptides containing up to 40 amino acids and provide a range of additional services such as the synthesis of cyclic, modified and non-natural peptides, as well as the incorporation of labels and linkers. Our peptide chemists also have experience in scale-up development and we are able to deliver peptides in larger quantities upon request.
