If the customer decides to share their biological data with us, we will be able to put our expertise into use in structure-activity optimization to improve potency, efficacy and PK-properties of the compounds developed. To speed development, we can employ various intermediates and synthons from our library of fine chemicals for these syntheses. All the prepared compounds are characterized in-house by NMR, HPLC and LC/MS/MS.
